Just yesterday, the makan team decided to head down to Taman Connaught Pasar Malam for the usual Jalan-jalan cari makan..Just for your information, the pasar malam (night market) located here in Cheras is the biggest of its kind in Malaysia. yes, its long..and yes, there is alot of food.. The layout of the pasar malam is shaped like the alphabert "T" and i think its safe to say that majority of the pasar malam is dominated by chinese traders. T
he pasar malam is usually packed during the later hours of the evening, usually starting from 630 onwards. so, if you hate crowds, perhaps you could come a lil earlier say about 530..Surprisingly though, unlike typical pasar malams that start packing up around 10, this one opens until 12. Definately recommend this place for those who haven been here..But after awhile though, youll notice that the pasar malam seems to repeat itself..everyone is selling basically the same thing-clothes, food, drinks, bling-blings..they cant run far..
