Rathaa Curry House
Published by Coconutkun under Food on 4/10/2009 07:37:00 AMLast Wednesday,i called up tai ka che (Devin) for a drink since i was nearby her place..She recommended me to this Southern Indian Cuisine which had nice Banana Leaf Rice..Its called Rathaa Curry House located somewhere in Puchong; belok here and there (confused~) and then sampai ed @.@"...the thing great about this restaurant is that the turnover is real fast, and they constantly replenish their food. So the things here are always hot and fresh.. They even cooked the meat i ordered then and there(which you usually dont get at your usual banana leaf restaurant)..This time, Devin recommended me the Chicken 65 (no idea what 65 implies) but its basically chicken cutlets fried with curry leaves, chillies and onions..Surprisingly, the meat is really tender, succulent and you dont get this kinda things often at any other place (most of the times, indian fried meat is most of time abit crispy/hard).. In fact, I have not tried this at any other place.. nice recommendation.. According to Devin, this place is packed during lunch hours and weekends and surprisingly, patronised by alot of chinese customers too..Its open from morning till night..breakfast-lunch-dinner-supper
Notice how all the guys turn their heads to look whenever my tai ka che enters any restaurants
