Cameron Sungei Palas

Nice? I think so too...Nothing like a nice cup of hot tea in cold Cameronian weather..many would say that Cameron isnt that cold anymore..i beg to differ..it was freezing..u guys must be at the wrong place! my friend almost got blown off the balcony here..LOL..

The cafe you see here is one of the few Boh tea cafe outlets here in Cameron..This particular branch is called Sungei Palas and is the most popular amongst the other outlets for reasons: (1)its a tea centre; (2) the factory is nearby(you can go for factory visits); (3) their specialty shop is there(you can buy whatever tea you want - peach tea, mint tea & apa-apa je lah~) and (4) there is a real nice view overlooking the Valley of tea! You can also run among the tea leaves like in those Bollywood series..and no, i wasnt thinking of doing that..

Then there comes the food comment part..This is probably the easiest article to write cos' one word summarizes everything.. "FAIL".. sorry~ had to be cruel..yup, that's right, all the pastries and cake seen here looks delicious but looks can be deceiving..i dont want to comment any further.. But hey, the tea and scenery is great; so it kinda like covers up for everything that's lacking here.. I would recommend those thick flavored teas that Boh has to offer; don't go for the mild ones-cos they are really mild.. Unfortunately, the cold weather chills the tea fast, so your hot cup of tea doesn't stay that way for long..
