Alexis and Sakae - 2 in 1 article

Published by Coconutkun under on 6/04/2009 09:58:00 PM

So, back i was in Klang after my Cameron trip..it was a really crazy, come to think of it..4 days in Penang, Alor Setar and Langkawi, 3 days in Cameron and a week to go before the 11th May..had alot of catching up to do with my friends and to be honest, i still am until today (its 5th June at the time i am writing this blog).. I think ill write it here- ppl, treasure your single life, man!! =) you dont get the chance hangout with everyone one once youre "double"..the more reasons id get cos i have started work, juggling between family, friends and time for yourself is important..imagine adding a girlfriend into the picture...i guess, one of the elements has to sacrificed right? Haha, but ill never forget some of threats i get from my gal friends "If you find a gal (gf), dont you dare forget me, i'd come and smack you"..LOL..okie, i get it and perhaps through i experience too, i have learnt that friendship is just as important as your relationship with your partner..

The reason i themed this article yin and yang in this two events in one article was because i wanted to incorporate the message "balance"-Malas nak tulis dua blog, cakaplah..I wouldnt say i have perfected the art of balancing my life but hey, least imma happy..Do what you love doing and have fun doing it.. Here are two events with my lovely mui2s at Alexis Midvalley (all pictures in white borders) and at Sakae Sushi, Aeon Bkt Tinggi (Black borders) throughout one of the days in the week...

So this is what i think about Alexis. Alexis was okie lah..the air-cond was cold and by the time the food came, we were eating ala cold clams and chilled tandoori meat..The bill came to about RM 350 that day-wahaha..the waiter sent us the wrong bill..Its surprising how many business ppl patronize Alexis..Its concept is leaned towards somewhat a bistro "combo"ing with a white classy interior finish..Not so classy if you look what's above though..the ceiling is naked! ;) ..Lastly, i figured that the indian cuisine and samosa somehow didnt fit into what concept the place was trying to portray..the rest was a-okie..

Sakea sushi..I believe this restaurant began its concept in providing cheap sushi to customers..Now, it somehow evolved into duno what..LOL..oh ya, and sakae began in Spore ya, not Japan or something...I always recalled my bad experience whenever i eat here. I was at their teppanyaki section watching the chef pouring like liters(exaggerating) of oil into the dish that i was about to eat..So u can imagine the impact of first time impressions.. However, no two outlets are of the same..and anyway, siapa suruh makan(eat) teppanyaki and indian dishes kat tempat where their speciality is sushis and western respectively..sifat han..LOL..The interesting thing about Sakae outlets is that each table is equipped with a computer monitor and a mouse in which you do your own ordering..so its kinda kewl in a way but not so kewl if youre stumbling with it..

They were saying that index finger shows ur testeron levels while the ring finger shows your estrogen levels..Hell yeah! imma a real man..
