IKEA..
Published by Coconutkun under Food on 3/23/2010 10:45:00 PMWe know too well that this Swedish co selling flat pack furniture at affordable prices is the biggest furniture retailer in the world..and for it to be founded by a 17 year old kid? damn, ive wasted so much of my life..
So here i am reviewing about their food..not their furniture..which i think is awesome (both are)..Nowadays i write stuff which i think its well worth mentioning..and not those i dont like or the ones i wanna critic cos its just a waste of time and and the after effect of the tulanness is just not wort h it..LOL..i have standards..fuyoh.. O.o"
So, what ive done here in this article is basically collaging virtually 70 % of the food served here in IKEA..i think i missed out a couple of their sandwiches, raw shrimp and salad thingy..also excluded are their pastries, ice cream and cakes..but dun underestimate their curry puff and ice cream (sold downstairs) and their 'daim " cake even though they are not reviewed in this one..they are awesome!..especially the daim cake..it gets me and crew just going "daim!" (we love to pronounce it as DAMN)..
So, for the 70% of food pixies i have here, i would rate their Swedish meatballs as the best..and it goes perfectly well with their some brown sauce and cranberry sauce..id do away with the cranberry sauce cos i dont like my food to taste sweet..but, its individual preference at the end of the day...Their fried chicken tastes good and same goes to their poached salmon..but i heard that their salmon tasted much better last time with their garlic butter sauce then their current cream sauce..cant verify that for ya..The rests are just a okayy..For me, a plate of meatballs and a cuppa cappuccino here just makes my day..
