Morning in Kundang..

One fine early morning, not too long ago, in a place far far away, we decided to go FISHING?! Well, Coconutkun and the coconutlings decided to head to Kundang for our very first tutorial lesson on fishing; as taught by master Chris.. Our requirements were simple, have basic gears in place and demand for a place with nice scenery and heck of a lot of fishes to train with..hence, we brought to a place called Tow Foo in Kundang..the place scores an okie la since we're fishing beside a golf course anyway..a little away from the town though, but its nice to experience kampung life once in awhile..early morning watch sunrise from the hills afar and just lepak by the pond and fish...the fresh air..inhale~ why got cow shit smell geh..

Well, Tow Foo is a place for game fishes..big big ones about 1/3 of a metre..the draw back about this place however, is you have to pay RM50 per rod to fish (no time limit) and the worst part is, you dont get to keep your catch =(..So basically, you're paying RM50 for the thrill of getting a biggie and the chance to snap photos of your catch..The problem is, i think all the fishes here are seasoned fishes, they have been caught by anglers probably a dozen times..dont these fishes ever learn..and kesian also lo..probably these fish have multiple holes on their lips..

Sadly, we didnt get any fishes for our trip this time..dissappointed but he had a heck of a good time..the trip taught us the value of patience (although we had none) and we have now at least some basics on fishing..We were told that our baits werent the correct ones or rather, the seasoned fishies weren't interested in ours'..but we did manage to see some guys catching real big big ones.. returning back empty handed, we were determined to get back on those fishes by having fish for lunch; not caught by us though..article on the famous Rawang steam fish..coming up next..

Fishing is a can be a cruel sport(if you know what i mean) and you aint fishing if u dont get your hands dirty..
