Restaurant Yap Beng..

We all know Klang is the valley of Bak Kut Tehs..when talking about this, places like Taman Intan and under-the-bridge comes to mind (which coincidentally gives me and idea on what to write in articles to come)..However, there is this hidden Bak Kut Teh restaurant located in Pandamaran, off Jalan Kim Chuan road (the feeder road that's in between, two petrol stations; Esso and Shell) that has been keeping a low profile..We all love things that are hidden yet precious..like this one here, this places serves yummy delicious dry Bak Kut Teh that is unlike its 'wet' counterpart, it is spicy and sinful..generous servings of succulent meat with dry cuttlefish strips and chillies that brings out the flavor in em'..woot!..Obviously non-halal..

Second off, there is this intriguing dish that they serve here too ie. baby sharks!..its not uncommon to find this dish actually..since ive got a number of places in my lists that serves this dish..although some will protest against eating em', i think baby sharks dont count right?..well, that's arguable.. they taste just like fish..Then, aside from these two, the rests of the dishes ive tried here are just normal lohh...probably the normal BKT(the typical soup based BKT) might taste just as great, .Not that ive tried it, but a bowl of the BKT soup was served alongside with the dry BKT the other day..Super pekat in flavour and just drinking the soup alone would instantly tell you that their normal (soup based BKT) would taste great.. Other comments include plus points for being a yaw-char-kuey serving BKT restaurant..This restaurant can be pretty packed at times; usually during breakie and lunch..
