Nippon Tei

Published by Coconutkun under on 6/10/2009 08:36:00 PM
Nippon Tei..the restaurant with the red raccoon mascot..The place where my first date was in f5 (in one of their outlets in MV )..and its one of the only places where i'd come to and never order other dishes other than what you see here in the video.. of course, other ppl will order other things and i usually get to sample lohh..This time around, i was here to meet Lai Yin, someone whom i haven't met for a year (seems like years) while i was pursuing my MBA..What i have ordered is actually their seafood spaghetti which still wriggles whenever it is served..ITS ALIVE~!!!..haha..Well, what is moving is actually the tune flake garnishing on the noodle..Gosh, do you noe tuna flakes are also cat food? LOL..but what i am refering to is those thin brownish transparent color tuna shavings (usually accompany jap noodles, esp. stir fried ones) I think the steam or the hot noodles cause the flakes to react in this way ..anyway, i find it very interesting to look at..and its also very delicious too.. Lai Yin opted for the Noodle soup with tempura that day and we also ordered an additional soft shell crab as extras..Nice lunch with you Lai yin...remember to do your project paper whenever you read this! Nippon Tei outlets can be found at MV, KLCC and Times Square..I like their warm sake here too! tastes like sake..only warm...LOL...
